House rules & safety basics

Fireworks are supposed to be fun. We like fingers, eyes, and houses that don’t burn down. Please use some common sense and follow basic Texas laws and safety guidelines.

At the stand

On-site rules

  • No lighting fireworks on the lot or in the parking area.
  • No smoking inside the stand.
  • Minors must be with an adult to purchase fireworks.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting unsafe.
When you get home

Use responsibly

  • Always read and follow all printed instructions on every item.
  • Keep water or a hose nearby and a clear launch area.
  • Never point fireworks at people, homes, cars, or animals.
  • Follow local burn bans and city or county fireworks laws.
HOA & POA Show Bundles

Planning a neighborhood fireworks night? We offer custom show bundles for HOAs, POAs, and large private gatherings. Tell us your budget and space, and we’ll build a consumer-fireworks bundle that looks big without the guesswork.

Fireworks are sold as consumer fireworks only. Livingston Fireworks does not provide setup, ignition, supervision, or display services. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all local, county, and state laws, burn bans, permits, and safety requirements.

Tip: If you need this quoted for a board meeting, mention your deadline and we’ll prioritize it.

How it works:
You tell us your budget and space. We build a show bundle using legal consumer fireworks during the Texas season.
Best time to request:
2–4 weeks before the season opens (June 24–July 4) so we can plan inventory.
Pickup:
Bundles are picked up at the stand at 3022 Hwy 190 West, Livingston, TX.
